How to purchase a raffle ticket:
1. Complete and submit the raffle ticket request form, confirming you are 18 years of age or older, and send it back via one of the preferences below:
  • Email request form to info@holidayexpress.org.
  • Call 732-544-8010 to purchase tickets with a credit card.
  • Mail the completed Raffle Ticket Request Form and payment to: 151 Industrial Way East, Suite A4, Eatontown, NJ 07724
2. Once your raffle ticket purchase is complete, you will be emailed your ticket(s) number. to the email address provided. No stubs will be mailed unless specifically requested. If you’d like us to mail your stubs, please let us know when you submit your ticket request or contact our office.
3. On Monday, March 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM, we will draw the winning ticket at the Holiday Express Office and the lucky winner will be contacted that day.

 

This is a 50/50 Cash raffle and the winner will receive 50 percent of the amount received for all tickets or rights to participate. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to participate. If gambling is a problem for you or someone in your family, dial 1-800-GAMBLER for help.

How do I purchase a raffle ticket?

Download and complete the Raffle Ticket Request Form (above). Email, mail, or deliver the form to us here in the office with your payment. You may also call us at 732-544-8010 with a credit card number to purchase.

A credit card processing fee up to 3.8% will be added to your credit card payments so that Holiday Express receives
100% of your donation. For larger donations, feel free to contact us for alternate payment options.

Where are my ticket numbers?

After you purchase your tickets and payment is processed, your ticket numbers will be emailed to the address provided on the request form. Delivery can take up to 72 hours after payment is processed. Please be sure to provide a legible, frequently used email address and mobile telephone number.

NO STUBS will be mailed unless specifically requested. Please let us know when you request to purchase tickets that you would like to have your stubs mailed to you.

How does the 50/50 raffle work?

This is a 50/50 Cash Raffle. Participants purchase raffle tickets, and at the end of the event, one ticket is randomly drawn as the winner. The ’50/50′ refers to the fact that the total amount of money collected from ticket sales is split in half – 50% goes to the winner, and 50% goes to Holiday Express. Proceeds will be used to benefit the mission of Holiday Express: To deliver the gift of human kindness to those in need. The more tickets sold, the bigger the prize and the greater the benefit to those we serve.

You may Purchase as many tickets as you like. The more tickets purchased, the greater your chances are of winning!

*IRS regulations require 25% federal withholding on winning amounts over $5,000

How will the fund from the 50/50 raffle be used?

Every year, Holiday Express visits 100 organizations and provides a festive holiday party to those in our community who needs it most; disabled veterans, sick children, people struggling with addiction, behavioral illnesses, or homelessness and, individuals who might otherwise be forgotten and alone during the holidays. We provide live music, costume characters, a thoughtful holiday meal, and gifts of essential items for nearly 27,000 individuals throughout the tri-state area.

Funds from the 50/50 raffle go to support our purchasing of blankets, socks, pampers, toothbrushes and toothpaste for those that need them.
