Receipts for mail donations are typically sent within 3 weeks following when Holiday Express receives your gift. For online donations or donations made via phone, a receipt is sent via email within minutes of the successful transaction.

If you did not receive a receipt for a financial gift you’ve made, please get in touch with Holiday Express Donor Services by completing our online inquiry form or calling 732-544-8010.

Refunds are available within 180 days of your original (online) donation:
– By calling donor services 732-544-8010
– By completing our online inquiry form

If the requested refund is beyond 180 days of the original donation, please call 732-544-8010, and your request will be evaluated on an individual case basis.

Yes. Please get in touch with Holiday Express donor services by calling 732-544-8010. Please have ready the date of your gift, the dollar amount, the fund it went to, and the fund you would like it to go to. If you need to leave a voicemail message, please be sure to leave your name and phone number, including your area code.

Your email address is required so we can send you a proper acknowledgment of your gift. Your donation details are in this email, which you can print or save for tax purposes. Holiday Express will not sell, trade, or share personal information about our financial donors with anyone else, nor will we mail our financial donors on behalf of other organizations unless a donor has given us specific permission to do so.

If you set up your monthly gift through the web, you may change your monthly giving donation by logging into your account. All changes that you make are processed immediately. If you do not have an account or are not sure of your account, you may contact Holiday Express Donor Services by completing our online inquiry form or calling 732-544-8010 for handling. Donor Services may process your request the same month, or the following month, depending upon when we receive your call.
